One of my favourite things to do after going to the gym is to eat a whole bag of chips! Kind of defeats the purpose of going to the gym, no?

I rarely say "goodbye" - I prefer "may the force be with you". ("may the force be with you and shine upon your path" in special occasions)

To Mr. Shulha's question: Yes it does.

I think people should come obsessed with the tv show called "LOST". Never ever join any forums about it. People even have 2-hour debates on the scenes that were written in two minutes. Totally mental, isnt it?

I spent a lot of time in summer on Photoshop. I like to play with the photos of my friends, send them the modified photos and make them embarrassed.

When I need to comment on something I usually write just "comment". That is sth I saw in my favourite game 'monkey island'

My favorite book is the Brave New World even though most of the world find the book disturbing. I love the book because the author, Aldous Huxley provides very precise deatils about future genetic enginerring and it's social dystopic effects.

I love architecture and The Beatles. What I do in my free time is to listen to The Beatles and design buildings. That could take most of my free but I really enjoy that combination. Apart from that, I do some graphical design!

I do ballet since I'm four years old. It is quite funny to see people's reactions to it when they hear it for the first time and also to watch their little performance. I have no idea why they feel obliged to do it, but almost everyone does something, pretending to do ballet.

I can't think about anything to write when I have to, if there is not a certain subject, just like now. (I guess it is still something about me, right?)

You guys are awesome! Thank you very much for doing this. I especially like the fact that some people went on to comment on what people were saying. KEEP DOING THAT! But remember that we only offer HUMOROUS, CONSTRUCTIVE, OR INSIGHTFUL COMMENTS! GO ASL2 WOO HOO! (sorry got a little excited)

What was Monkey Island all about? I remember it somehow but I am not sure. Some kind of pirate game? Funny speeches and such? If that is the game it totally rocks!

may the force be with you Berke!

This blog thing is pretty nice :)

I have investigated Monkey Island and I am still not quite sure what it is....

First day, I was dissappointed because I chose this lesson, it seemed boring but on Friday, it was really enjoying. I believe I'll learn a lot this year:)

Mr.Shulha said...

Ismail, I think this stuff is really exciting, and it is my hope to keep the class as interesting as possible, but I think the trick to keeping the class truly interesting is to get everyone participating then the class will never be dull! (I hope)

monkey island - highly recommended (especially the third game is WONDERFUL!)

Monkey Island is an adventure game series for PC about a young (and clueless) man who aspires to become a pirate. What makes it so remarkable is its witty approach to many ordinary things and its cartoonistic art style.

You can find information and look at some screenshots here:
http://www.worldofmi.com/

"Spot, ye blasted dog! Get out of me bloomin' garbage! Out! Out!"
(a line from the third game, and a perfect reference to Macbeth - I think it reflects the style of MI) :)
